We heve a full complement of equipment, giving us a high level of versatility and the ability to satisfy our customer's varying needs. Our capabilities run the full gamut from the varied- quantity production of individual parts to the desing, production, and packaging of multiple-part assemblies.

Also, as part of the normal quotation process, we applythe principles of value analysis by making design suggestions aimed at achieving function for the least cost.

The two principals of the business Mr Millard l. Spialter, Dr. Eng. Sc. , P.E. and Mr Daniel E. Spialter, B.S. Eng. Sc., M.B.A. both graduate engineers, have operated progressive since 1961, thus offering many years of metal-working experience.

34 presses: foot power to 130-ton, with stock straighteners and automatic feeds as required. Whistler die sets in one 30-ton and one 75-ton press.

7 press brakes: 4-foot to 12-foot. One brake has 10-foot whistler die set.

3 shears: 3-foot to 10 gauge / 10 foot.

10 welders: 5 spot welders, to 30 kva, 1MIG, 1TIG, 2 arc, 1 gas

4 carbide-tipped saws for straight and angle cutting of aluminum.

1 carbide-tipped saw for mitre-cutting aluminum.

2 automatic milling machines.

2 power rolling machines.
